This Week's Class is Class 2 – The First Stage of Labor.

We’ll cover the anatomy and physiology of the amazing changes your body will go through during the first stage of labor, as well as how you and your partner can work together.  We'll practice different relaxation exercises and coping techniques to help you learn how to meet the challenges of the first stage of labor.
